SEANCES are offered in both group settings for cultural institutions, universities, and alternative arts education programmes, and in private settings for bespoke, one-to-one sessions

RIEKO’s approach draws on both Eastern and Western lineages from guided reiki meditation, 432 hz-tuned sound healing, and automatic writing and drawing – in addition to divinatory practices including the the Tarot and I Ching. SEANCES are introspective, somatic, and multisensory experience designed to help others tap into their highest forms of creative potential. Each SEANCE is unique to the collective or individual needs and intentions of each session.

RIEKO’s workshop methodologies were developed through practice-based research throughout her residencies at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (2025-2026) and the Tate Modern and Tate Britain (2022-2023), with specialised experience working with young artists from diverse backgrounds, and highly-sensitive and neurodivergent people through a trauma-informed, care-centred approach. RIEKO is a third-generation healer and a certified reiki practitioner.
