SEANCES are offered in both group settings for cultural institutions, universities, and alternative arts education programmes, and in private settings for bespoke, one-to-one sessions by multidisciplinary artist RIEKO

RIEKO’s approach draws on both Eastern and Western lineages from guided reiki meditation, 432 hz-tuned sound healing, and automatic writing and drawing – in addition to divinatory practices including the Tarot and I Ching. SEANCES are introspective, somatic, and multisensory experiences designed to help others tap into their highest forms of creative potential. Each SEANCE is unique to the collective or individual needs and intentions of each session.

RIEKO’s workshop methodologies were developed through practice-based research throughout her residencies at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (2025-2026) and the Tate Modern and Tate Britain (2022-2023), with specialised experience working with highly-sensitive and neurodivergent creatives from diverse backgrounds.

RIEKO is an MA graduate of the Royal College of Art, and has lectured at the University of the Arts London: Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of the Arts, the University of Cambridge, the Royal College of Art, the American University of Paris, the Rupert Vilnius Alternative Education Programme, and the Transart Institute of Creative Research (International PhD programme).

RIEKO is a third-generation healer, a certified reiki practitioner, and Founding Director of live art platform Diasporas Now.
